A lovely cab/sauv, especially at this price!
A fruit forward wine with blackberry, currant, and dark chocolate. A bit of spice on the mid palate and a nice bold earthy finish. Goes great with venison stew.

HARVEST & VINTAGE NOTES WINEMAKING PROCESS: The different vineyards and parcels are hand-picked in the early morning. The bunches are crushed and destemmed and pumped to open top fermenters.
