Winemaking:

The Thieves believe that a great Pinot Noir is a reward unto itself. To craft a wine that showcases the varietal’s most beautiful qualities, the wine is gently fermented and infused with a touch of French and American oak to lend body and support to the bright cherry and berry flavors. For additional structure, a small amount of Syrah and Petite Sirah were included in the blend.

Winemakers’ Notes:

Beautiful violet and fresh cherry aromas lead to raspberry and juicy cherry flavors with hints of berry jam and toasty oak on the palate. This medium-bodied Pinot Noir is a generous, fruity wine with a silky texture balanced by mouthwatering acidity—it’s the kind of wine that can turn a rough, rugged Thief into a gentleman.
